LOVE CHURCH AMBASSADOR PHIL MORTENSEN
Reverend Mortensen
is a 1974 graduate of Fort Wayne Bible College and
received his Master's Degree from Huntington College in 1989. He has
enjoyed urban ministry in Fort Wayne since 1971. The inner-city
community needs examples of discipline and Christ-like character.
God has supplied Christians from over 100 different churches to
support Love Church in our efforts to show Christ's love to the poor
and needy. God has given him a wonderful church family and a real
love for the needy. He steps out to the vision of uniting
churches into one body of believers per the scriptures.

SENIOR
PASTOR WALLACE BUTTS
Wallace Butts is a husband, father, pastor and entrepreneur. He has spent more than two decades in electronics and computer technology for his career choice as well as in business ventures. Pastor Butts left a growing career in information technology to found Kingdom Builders Fellowship (KBF) in December, 2005. KBF merged with Love Church of Fort Wayne, IN (LC) in March, 2010. He is the Senior Pastor
of Love Church. In October of 2008 he accepted the leadership role as Executive Director for the Love Community Center and successfully grew the client base from three active clients to more than three hundred in the first year and has established numerous collaborations throughout the Greater Fort Wayne Area. Pastor Butts is also one of the founding members of the Fort Wayne Fatherhood Coalition. Pastor Butts has two adult children in college, (Kena and Wally) and three children at home being homeschooled from middle school to high school (Imani, Darius, Micah) and is married to his best friend Carla Butts. Pastor Wallace and Carla have one grandchild, Aaliyah.

COORDINATOR JOHN PAUL
With over 40 years of ministry, Ministry Coordinator John Paul
brings a wealth of experience to the Love Church Leadership. Children's
Evangelist, Pastor, Teacher, General Manager of a Christian TV Production
facility, Television Producer, Minister of Communications, Minister of Christian
Education and a wealth of managerial experience in various work environments
allows him to be an effective member of the Love Church Leadership Team.

FACILITY & TRANSPORTATION MANAGER RICH COULTER
My family and I served nine years as missionaries in the
Philippines. After returning to the states he worked at
Stillwater Ministries, helping reach inner city children
with the Gospel. Currently the facilities coordinator and
transportation manager at Love Church allows him the
opportunity to minister one-on-one with people from all
walks of life

MINISTRY OFFICE MANAGER JANET
SCALES
Married for 41 years. She’s the
mother of two sons, one daughter, and grandmother to 4, and holds
many others as sons and daughters of her heart.ter Ministries
in 2006. Fourteen years in Nursing Home Ministry. She’s
enjoyed working part time as a hospital Chaplain, and held services
in jail/prison ministry. Primarily her hearts work has been to
serve the Lord in the inner city. Saved in 1980, Janet has
worked in ministry since 1982.
