Celebrate Recovery:

Recovering from hurts, habits, or hang-ups

Celebrate Recovery is a place to recover from hurts, habits, and hang-ups. The program consists of a large group time to learn together as well as a small group discussion. There is a women's small group and men's small group.

Celebraet Recovery is currently taking a break from the weekly meetings. We do plan to resume meeting at a later date.

What is the purpose of Celebrate Recovery?
To provide -
a) a practical, outlined process for people to follow to change negative behaviors and become more like Jesus Christ,
b) a confidential and non-judgmental environment for people to feel safe enough to talk about their personal hurts, habits and hangups,
c) an understanding companionship and support group, and
d) a network of people to draw from to get accountability and mentoring

How does Celebrate Recovery help?

To enable people to -

a) understand their need for surrender to a power greater than themselves,

b) become aware of root causes of their behavior,

c) admit, forgive and release the pain of those causes to be able to change their behavior, and

d) become a disciple/leader for Christ to reproduce those changes in other people.

What qualifies as a hurt, habit, or hang-up?
Any emotional pain, habitual harmful behavior, fear, obsession or compulsion, or reaction to situations that cause harm to our lives, families or relationship with God and Jesus Christ.
