Fitness

Our fitness program offers an activity room, weight room, (pictured below) and a variety of classes and programs to accommodate your needs. Currently, our programs are free to the public as we focus on building character, strengthening lives through work, and improving livelihoods. 

Programs:

Our fitness programs target many different areas. Programs include Zumba, aerobic classes, strength training and weight lifting, fat loss, athletics, and martial arts. Please contact us for information on current classes.

**All of our classes stress the importance of a healthy, nutritional diet.
