Wallace Butts - Lead Pastor
Wallace Butts is a community leader, entrepreneur, public speaker, father, and advocate for youth aging out of foster care. His passion is to give young adults the necessary tools to discover who they are, help them heal, become part of a strong family unit and build a legacy. Prior to becoming the Executive Director of Love Community Center in 2008, Wallace had a 20-year tenure in Information Technology as a Test Engineer with Tokheim Corporation and as a Business Systems Analyst with Parkview Health in Fort Wayne. In 2012, he became the Lead Pastor after the ministry he founded, Kingdom Builders Fellowship, merged with Love Church. Wallace not only pastors, but oversees all of the operations of Love Community Center: Love Auto Repair (LAR), which opened in 2010 and FaMBET: A Forever Family, a Mission for Business & Entrepreneurial Training which was launched in 2015.
Wallace has been a strong voice within the Fort Wayne Community and has been involved with the Allen County Department of Health COVID-19 Faith Community Team convened by Dr. Deborah McMahon, the former Allen County Health Commissioner. He is also one of the founders of the L3 Initiative, an organization dealing with racial reconciliation and healing. Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, he and his wife Carla call Fort Wayne home. They have five adult children and have been blessed with three grandchildren.

Wallace Butts, Jr. FaMBET Ministry Leader
Wallace, started his journey to Love Church Ministries much like the rest of his family, spending time occasionally at the Love Community Center. A Graduate of Manchester University, he holds a bachelors in Music Theory/ Composition and a minor in Psychology. He joined the Love Church team as one of three interns in the summer of 2012 and now leads the Worship Arts department. Wallace leads a team of singers and musicians for Sunday worship. He was officially ordained Minister on August 12th, 2012 but has been operating as a minister of music under Pastor Wallace since the age of 14. He is an inaugural member of the Love Church discipleship ministry called Missional Evangelistic Training (M.E.T.), an intentional leadership development effort to equip emerging leaders.
